2nd Texel Dutch Open 1 day to go!!

Epic Day in Texel, big breeze and waves and lots of hull flying,
We were 2nd in race one with a storming race, were learning about our boat as it has new foils and theyre taking a bit to get used to.
Race two we underestmated the side slip on foils and were shut out, tacked to clear, but lost breeze on RHS and then behind the bunch at the top mark arrrghh, fought back to 6th.
Race three, were good off the line and went left but evens at the top, but behind a group of boats and rounded in the pack, catching up all way with the next 2 laps to finish 4th and oh so close to 3rd!!

NACRA F20 Carbon takes the limelight at RYA Dinghy Show
The NACRA UK stand at the RYA Dinghy show was a very busy place this weekend with a great deal of interest in the new F20 Carbon from NACRA. This catamaran incorporates several new concepts, but the main one being that it sports curved dagger boards, which will create lift, help reduce the wetted surface area of the boat in the water, and turning this powerful carbon (hulls, mast, foils, and sails) catamaran into what is almost a flying machine.
